Teams with individuals from various educational and experience backgrounds often struggle using the same process and language when working together. Obtaining certifications is a way to prove an individual has obtained a basic level of knowledge, skills, language and process understanding that make teams more effective. In this webinar, we will discuss options for how you can get your whole team the skills and certifications needed to help you succeed.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the skills needed to be successful

  • Design a plan for getting your team the skills and certifications

Presenter:

  • Jason Mefford, President, Mefford Associates, OCEG Fellow
